This is a sample of my newsletters – sure to contain even more useful information as time progresses. Please take note – this is not just a big advertisement like so may “newsletters” are!
There is an association between our thoughts (how we are thinking) and how we feel.
How we feel – our emotions – are an indicator, or a gauge, to bring our awareness to what we are attracting/creating/allowing/fabricating – and how that is affecting our reality.
We perceive our reality – that which we call “life” – that which we believe to be truth – through the constructs of an interpretation system, or a sorting system, that is developed by data collected through our personal experiences. These “beliefs” have a huge influence upon our action or reaction to stimuli. These beliefs will control our reality unless (until) we learn to influence them effectively. Note – influence, rather than control… It is much easier to change the direction of something that has momentum than it is to stop it… And, yes – thoughts do have momentum!
Since you have subscribed to my newsletter publication that shows me that you can look past the “normal” perceptions and expectations to accept possibilities that others may miss or dismiss. I invite you to give yourself a little hug right now for not being so cynical that all opportunities are cast out in frustration.
A degree of skepticism in today’s world is to be expected, but if carried to extremes it can cause us to pass up opportunities while our intention is to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of or having too high of hopes that may lead to failure. Far too many people get discouraged by the many negatives that we fear we might encounter in our quest for success and stop short – sometimes just one step short of success. While some of those negative possibilities can be real, the vast majority are based on false perceptions – doubts installed in our memory banks by others – based on their own failures or the failures of those they have heard of. (Or that they can imagine)
Let us then commence with the assumption that what we believe is not necessarily true. Becoming open to possibilities is essential in all learning processes.
Just a short piece today for you to ponder upon…
